Rarely does something exceed our expectations but we have to say that the people and product at Medimatrix have done just that!!! The product makes ordering and workflow virtually seamless and the radiology group that reads the exams have the reports back sometimes before our techs get loaded up to leave the facility. Would we recommend Medimatrix? We would say that any portable xray company is making a mistake NOT employing (using) Medimatrix.

Our company has been using WebInterstate's MediMatrix practice management software for about 2 years now and not only has the product been wonderful (handles all aspects of the business, everything from ordering to dispatch to billing), the staff has been great to work with, in both issues that come up and anytime we are looking to expand/upgrade. WebInterstate is always looking at ways to make it better and is open to requests that do just that. It has been a good experience in working with the staff on changes such as Long Term Storage, updated viewers and the like.
